1. About Lemondrop Villa
Lemondrop Villa is a café and wellness concept offering yoga, aerial fitness and aerial arts, youth programming, workshops and special events, memberships, café food and beverages, retail merchandise, private events, and other wellness, hospitality, and community offerings. Availability, schedules, pricing, instructors, menu offerings, hours, and services may change. 2. Website Information: We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, schedules, instructor assignments, pricing, availability, café items, events, operating hours, membership offerings, and other information may change without notice. If website information conflicts with information provided during an actual booking, purchase, or membership transaction, the terms presented as part of that transaction generally control. 3. Accounts, Reservations, and Third-Party Platforms: Some services may be booked, purchased, or managed through third-party platforms, including class scheduling, memberships, event registration, café ordering, payment processing, gift cards, and email communications. Your use of a third-party platform may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, creating an account, registering for an event, or making a purchase. 4. Fitness and Aerial Activities: Yoga, aerial arts, fitness classes, workshops, and related physical activities involve inherent risks. Participation may require a separate waiver, release, assumption-of-risk agreement, health acknowledgment, studio policy, or other participation agreement. These Terms do not replace any separate waiver or agreement that applies to a class or activity. Participants are responsible for following instructor directions, studio safety requirements, and class policies, participating at an appropriate level, and sharing relevant limitations when appropriate. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you have questions about suitability. 5. Minors and Youth Programs: A parent or legal guardian must complete required registration, consent, waiver, release, payment, or other documentation for a minor where required. Age requirements and participation rules may differ by program, and Lemondrop Villa may refuse or discontinue participation when necessary for safety or unmet requirements.
6. Memberships and Reservations

Memberships: Memberships may be subject to separate enrollment terms covering price, billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation, pauses or freezes, eligibility, guest privileges, reservations, late cancellations, no-shows, and promotional or Founding Member benefits. Specific membership terms control if they conflict with these Website Terms. 7. Class and Event Reservations: Classes, workshops, events, and activities may have limited capacity. A reservation does not guarantee participation if eligibility, payment, waiver, arrival, or safety requirements are not satisfied. Cancellation, late-arrival, waitlist, no-show, refund, and transfer policies may vary by offering. 8. Café Orders and Menu Information: Menu items, ingredients, prices, and availability may change. Photos are illustrative and presentation may vary. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information, cross-contact may occur. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should communicate those needs directly to café staff before ordering. 9. Pricing and Payments: Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, fees, gratuities, delivery fees, or other charges may be added. Promotions and Offers: Promotions, discounts, introductory offers, Founding Member offers, gift cards, credits, and similar programs may have separate conditions and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers have no cash value, may not be combined, may have eligibility requirements, and may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
11. Gift Cards, Intellectual Property, and Conduct
11. Gift Cards and Credits: Gift cards, account credits, promotional credits, and similar instruments may be subject to additional terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by applicable California gift-card or consumer-protection law. 12. Intellectual Property: The Lemondrop Villa name, logos, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, text, class names, marketing materials, and other original content are owned by Lemondrop Villa or used with permission. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes only and may not reproduce substantial portions, use branding or logos, copy photographs or content, create misleading affiliation materials, or use the website for unlawful commercial purposes without permission. 13. User Conduct: You may not violate law, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with operation or security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, harass or threaten others, or unlawfully scrape or harvest personal information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary. 14. Social Media and User-Submitted Content: Content you publicly tag, mention, or submit remains subject to the platform where posted. We do not claim ownership of your original content merely because you mention or tag Lemondrop Villa. Any separate marketing-use request may require additional permission. 15.
